Velocity 2 - The World's Fastest Zip Line

Prepare for a truly unique and exhilarating experience: the fastest zip line in the world since 2013! 

Soar over Penrhyn Quarry, where you can travel at speeds of up to and over 100 mph while taking in unbeatable views of Snowdonia.

Velocity 2 will take you zooming down the 1.5 kilometre zip line, providing you with up to 2 hours of incredible adventure. With 4 parallel lines over 2 separate zip lines, Velocity 2 allows you to enjoy the experience alongside your family and friends. Speeding over the Penrhyn Quarry lake, you’ll enjoy picturesque views of Snowdonia without missing out on that all-important adrenaline rush.

Where does it take place?

Zip World Penrhyn Quarry Bethesda, LL57 4YG

You will have to make your own travel arrangements there and back. Why not use it as an excuse for a little getaway!

Who can take part?

There are a few restrictions on who can take part, but as long as you are under 130kg and over 1.2m in height you are good to go!

Four people go at one time, and you will need one adult for every person under 18 

What will you receive?

• A fundraising pack (download here) including a sponsorship form, details on how to set up an online fundraising page, collection pot, merchandise and t-shirt (please return the collection pot after your fundraising is complete
• A dedicated contact to help support you with your fundraising and zip line experience

On site at Zip World, Penryhn Quarry

What is my Fundraising Target?

We ask each fundraiser committing to a charitable place, to raise a minimum £100 each in sponsorship (obviously there is no upper limit - please raise as much as you can!) 

Alternatively, please contact us about paying for your playing and anything you get sponsored is then a bonus!
